Who we are

ironandinkriders.com is a website of ME Lawyers, APLC, 11110 Ohio Ave, Suite 201, Los Angeles, CA 90025, (213) 314-3031. "We" and "us" mean ME Lawyers, APLC.

What we collect

• What you send us: your first and last name, phone number, email, and anything you write about what happened.
• Link details: if you arrive from an ad or a link with campaign tags (for example utm_source or gclid), we keep those tags with your request so we know how you found us.
• Technical information: like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request.

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site today. If that changes, we will update this policy first. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

How we use it

To contact you about your request, understand what happened, decide whether and how we can help, keep a record of the inquiry, protect the site from spam and abuse, and meet our legal and professional obligations.

Calls, texts, and email

When you send the form, you agree that ME Lawyers, APLC may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or ask us at any time to stop contacting you.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run this site and respond to you, such as our website host, our intake and case-management system, and our phone, text, and email providers. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to respond to you and for as long as our legal and professional record-keeping duties require.

Your California privacy rights

California residents can ask us to tell them what personal information we have about them, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep). We won't treat you differently for making a request. To make one, email mike@melawyers.com or call (213) 314-3031. We may need to confirm your identity first. You can also use an authorized agent.

Please don't send confidential details through the form

Sending the form does not make us your lawyers. An attorney-client relationship only begins if we both agree to it in writing. Until then, keep what you share brief.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13. A parent or guardian who is contacting us about a child should call us.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
